Pixxo 3D has recently shared a fast and easy tutorial on how to use Adobe Motion Capture characters Mixamo with Blender 3.0 Cloth simulation, to create an animation of a character with cloth motion.
Some of the presented steps are:
- Exporting the character with MoCap from Mixamo.
- Preparing blender file and importing the FBX.
- Using Decimate modifier and clothing mesh.
- Adding cloth simulation and collision.
- Applying UV, adjusting, and editing it with the texture.
- Cloth Caching, setting camera, and lighting.
- Shader Nodes and adding motion blur.
- Rendering the animation.
