Hi Eddie, thanks for joining us at Rebus Render Farm! To start things off, please introduce yourself to our readers.
Hello, I’m Eddie, I’m the founder of NoTriangle Studio - a 3D rendering company specializing in cutting-edge architectural visualization. As well as 3d renderings, we offer a wide range of products such as architectural animation, virtual reality tours, 3d floor plans, and interactive solutions such as real estate apps. We managed to create our company in Brazil in 2011, and now work all over the globe with a small team/office in the Bay Area as well as our main office in Brazil.
Can you briefly summarise your professional history up to this point? What are some of your personal highlights or favourite projects of your career so far?
For over 5 years, I have been helping clients to transform their ideas into outstanding photo-realistic 3D renderings, inspirational 3D animations, and virtual reality experiences for luxury real estate markets all around the world. A few projects that I’m really proud of include the new headquarters for Linkedin in Palo Alto, a winning concept of the 6th Street Viaduct in LA, and an iconic Hudson boulevard project in NYC.

Let’s talk about your work in more detail, namely your submission, ‘Hazelwood’, a view inside a Vancouver neighbourhood. Can you first of all describe the circumstances that lead to the creation of this Project?
After working on a few projects in the Greater Vancouver area with different developers and designers (one of them being the Trove Luxury Autostorage Condominium) we got the chance to team up with Hungerford Properties in Vancouver to work on a large-scale townhouse complex project in South Grandview, Hazelwood. With several images of various building types and 360 Virtual Tour of both the exteriors and interiors, this was an exciting project for us to work on but was also one that presented us challenges nonetheless.
What is one thing you yourself have learned from this project that you share with us?
I think it's important to always be adaptable to clients and be prepared to offer new solutions throughout the process that fits the clients' ever-changing demands. This project was created during a period of economic turmoil in the real estate market in Canada and we needed to make sure that the marketing material would be of the utmost highest quality and best serve our client's needs to help them sell during this tough period. Another important tip to a 3D rendering studio is to be open to using a render farm for larger projects like this, as it will make the process quicker, and smoother and give you way fewer headaches.

In closing, is there anything else you want to say? Any plugs, shoutouts or present or upcoming projects you’d like to mention?
Working with renderings is not just about creating nice-looking images but also about understanding clients' ideas and helping to showcase them at their fullest potential. Currently, we are involved in a few projects with inspirational animation where we are exploring new ways of picturing future projects that will create new standards for the industry.
Eddie, thank you so much for taking the time and all the best in the future.
